Good evening fellow printers! Parcelforce Service issues! Unfortunately, Parcelforce WDM (the service we use to add parcels to the network) has been having technical issues resulting in a loss of service all day. Due to this issue, we have no way of shipping any orders that were placed after 1pm 30th - 31st of May. We also have no information on when the service will be up and running again.
We will make alternative arrangements for orders tomorrow if we don't see any improvements overnight. Due to the extra demand on the parcel network (bank holiday week), we can't really give any guidance as to what this will look like at this stage.
We will use our best judgment to choose the fastest service and have all your orders delivered as quickly as possible.
All affected orders will be emailed tonight with an update.
Currently, our best alternative will be Royal Mail for singles and Fedex for orders of 2 or more. Please understand the situation is very fluid at the moment and this may change although we will keep you informed.
